Meet Joce!
Joce began Nerdy Baker because she always thought it was intimidating how precise baking felt.
She decided she wanted to help other bakers by explaining how’s and why’s of baking to make the process a bit less complex and more creative.
And suddenly, there were other nerdy bakers out there who had questions! How can you make a perfectly flat cake? Is there a way to make a perfectly circular cookie??
